Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping for all orders within the United States. The shipping fee is $3.00 per order. We strive to process and ship your order within 2-3 business days, unless it is a special order. In the case of a special order, please allow up to 5 business days for processing and shipping. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped, so you can easily track its progress.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Chainmaille Jewelry by Cilla. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the product within 30 days of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at cillasjewelry0@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your email. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package.

Please note that the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and you will need to include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return. Items sent back without prior authorization or missing proof of purchase will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days and automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
